Galaxy Note 4 Screen Protector,Skque®

This is a review I am conducting for the company AMZ Review Trader for the Galaxy Note 4 Screen Protector,Skque® 3 Pcs Anti-Glare Screen Protector for Samsung Galaxy Note 4 as I was sent a code to purchase it through Amazon. But the thoughts in the review are all mine and my families.

My sister is always dropping her phone and dropping the case as she doesn't purchase a Screen Protector. So I decided to apply for it on Amazon Review Trader and when it came in I asked her to sit down and put it on her phone. As first she said no, as it would be too hard and she would mess it up. But after we read the package we decided to try it. As there is 3 in a package so if we messed up we could start over. 

Now David was here when we decided to do it and being a man he wanted to take it over and put it on for us. But we refused and we did it ourselves and it was not hard to do. The only thing I can suggest is if you have a little one helping you like we did is to make sure there hands are clean and not oily.

We did notice a bubble once we was done but as the day progressed it went away and was nice and smooth. You couldn't even tell it was on the phone. I liked that when we went outside the screen was much easier to see. As it was not as hard to read due to the Sun.

I would recommend this to everyone who has a Galaxy Note 4 as it is better than the Screen Protectors you purchase in your local stores. Plus it has a much better price. The instructions are easier to read and the package it comes in is well made and does not mess up. It is easy to open and you will not tear the Screen Protector opening it up.

Butt Workouts by Chia Booty written by Mike Danford

I was sent a code to purchase  Butt Workouts by Chia Booty through AMZ Reviewers but the thoughts in the review are all mine and mine alone.

Butt Workouts by Chia Booty: Allows women to grow the booty we have always dreamed of. As it offers the best butt exercises and workout for women. It is a Kindle Book so you can take it anywhere with you.

I have been working really hard the past couple months to lose all the extra weight I am carrying around. As I think it is part of the reason my knee hurts a lot of the time. So as I exercise I pick certain parts of my body to work on and tone up. One of those areas I did not think about was my butt. As to me it it is just there and why do I care what it looks like. But the more weight I lose the more afraid I am that either I will end up with a huge butt or one that sags so much it hits the ground. 

So I was excited when I found Butt Workouts by Chia Booty as it would allow me to build my butt up so it would not do either of the things I think it might do. Plus I thought Charlie might like doing these exercises with me and I was right. 

We have only been using them for about a week but I can tell the difference as my clothes fit smoother. I do not take up as much of a chair when I sit down.  Plus my butt is not as flabby and it does not jiggle as much which I like. Even David says it looks much better and that he may need to try out some of the exercises and see what happens. 

I like how he breaks the book down into three different segments and that the first part does not call for equipment because at this time I just do not have the money to purchase Exercise items. Plus there is a section on nutrition and I must tell you we do not eat right in our home. So this section is helping us change that. As we are eating better and I am not as tired as I was. Plus I am losing weight in more places than just my butt. Which is awesome!!

There is even links inside the book that will take us to the places he is talking about. Which is great. The exercises are not to hard that I can not do them. Nor do they wear me out but I can still tell I did a workout which is great. As it leaves me enough energy to still walk my 10,000 steps and my mile in the pool.

So hopefully by this time next Summer I will be a much younger better tomned women. Who has a nice looking Booty that people will not make fun of when they see me coming. As I will be 51 on my birthday and I am not ready for a Rocking Chair yet!!

All in all I loved this book and will recommend it to my friends as well as give it to the ladies in my family as Christmas Gifts as we all can use some help in the Booty department.
