Spring is on the way I can feel it. the snow is starting to melt and the kids want to linger outside more n' more after coming home from school. we all wear lighter jackets and don't have to put on mittens and scarfs when going out either. I love spring, t-shirts and sweaters, sneakers and carpi pants, sun glasses and pony-tails.... flowers blooming and birds chirping.... the sun is shining and the sky is a bright blue.

I was one of the lucky ones who got to try it and I will tell you I Loved it.
My husband was so excited when it came in that he even made us dinner that night.
To see him cook inside is quite a treat as he will grill but not use the Stove.
So he made us Porkchops and they where out of this world
He bragged so much on it that my step son decided he needed to taste it as he was not
at home the night his dad cooked.
So he made us Steaks and it was just as good.
For a boy who can not cook and refuses to those steaks where out of the world.
I then made a Roast and we had company and my BIL who is a cook tried it and fell
in Love with it has requested some for Christmas.
