Wow can you believe that next week is Feb?

How is this year treating you so far?
Did you set goals for yourself and if so have you
been able to meet them?
I know I  did not as last year was so hard on us
just being able to survive.
You see like a lot of families my husband was
unemployed and he just now found a job.
Which I must Thank God for and I am glad
he has a job but it is hard as it is almost $5.00
less a hour than he was getting with unemployment.
But since it was going to run out soon he had to take
what he could find and I am glad he did but I am
also worried as I am not sure we can make it on
his salary.
So all this week I have been worrying about what to
do with regards to my business and things I pay
for to keep it running such as a helper and also prizes
for the events I do and I had thought of shutting every
thing down more than once this weekend.
Only God has had different plans for me as I was invited
to Co/Host a hop on Tuesday which I am excited and
happy to be able to do.
Then this mor. I got a email from a giveaway I entered
and I know this is Gods way of telling me not to give
up on my dreams as he is going to take care of us.
The reason I know this is all of the prizes is going to
allow me to keep doing what I Love and so I would like to
ask all my wonderful readers to hold on for  abit as we will
be going through a few changes but I hope it is for the better.
I do need your input though as I am looking to make some changes
to Mommies Point of View and I would like to know what you
like and do not like about it.
This way  can make it better for everyone.

A Great Gift Idea

We all love getting gifts (me included) but sometimes life is so fast paced that we forget to organize a personal gift for those we care about. I recently completely forgot to get a present for one of my oldest friend's and panicked when I saw the date circled on the calendar.

There was no time to waste because the date was fast looming towards me. I'm normally pretty good at checking out the best gifts if I say so myself and as I had known her for a pretty long time, usually I get a feel for selecting the right present.

But not this time! I had a real mental block and couldn?t think of a single thing to get her and because time was so precious, had no idea what to get her. I didn?t have time to spend a day shopping as much as it would have been fun so had to come up with an alternative solution.

Rummaging through the Internet, I decided to look at some of the fantastic Gift Basket Reviews
and I was amazed at the selection. There really is something for everyone and the only downside was that I was spoiled for choice (if that is a downside).
