Charlie has been begging to review Kidz Gear Headset

So before I begin my work today I wanted to surprise Charlie and write my review for Kidz Gear Headset as it will make my life easier and more pleasent. So before I share my thoughts with you I would like to let you know I was sent Kidz Gear Headset to try out for free, In exchange for this review. But the thoughts in the review are all mine and mine alone.

Once they arrived Charlie opened the box and took them out. I asked him what he thought of the box they arrived in and Charlie says he like the logo on the box as it pops. Plus the blue is  a pretty color. The little boy is cute and someone he would like to know.


I then sat down with Charlie and we read the front of the box. He asked me what "Ideal for Education" meant and once I explained it to Charlie. He said that is great. May I take them to school to show my new teacher so I knew it was a huge hit with him. I told him once school started and we meet his teacher we would ask. Which satisfied him.

Then we turned the box around and discussed the different ways he could use the headphones. Which he liked knowing. Charlies favorite way is in the car and with the TV. Although Charlie did ask me if he could use them with his Stereo and I assured him he could.

I asked Charlie if he thought his friends would like the Headset and he said yes, they would. As well as it would make a nice present for them. Plus he said they would be nice to give to his dad to use at work.

Boy oh Boy I take beautiful pictures. But it is hard to catch Charlie and keep him still to take them at all. So at least you can see a little bit of him. Plus the picture below is better. You can at least see his face. Now if he would smile I would be all set.




So all in all Charlie gives his HeadSet from Kidz Gear 2 Thumbs up which is the best in Charlies book. Once he tried them on I asked how they fit and he said perfectly. I also asked if they was comfortable and he said yes. I liked how well made they are. As did David. Plus David liked how easy they are to use as Charlie will be able to do it by himself.

So all in all the HeadSet from Kidz Gear is a huge success and something I plan on purchasing more of. As I love all the different colors they come in. Plus there is other items I would like to see about getting Charlie.

Charlie was sent the Blue set and I would like the pink or purple set and my sister would like the green set she says. As for David he says if they would work for him he would like to have a pair of black ones. Which did not surprise me as everything he has he wants it in black. But not me as I am not a black person. Except in the clothes I wear. As I only wear black paints or shorts.

Today I would like to talk to you about working from home and trying not to make everyone else around you uncomfortable. You see I am someone who stays cold all the time and wants the heater one 24/7. Only David and Charlie stay hot. So we seem to always be fussing with each other. So I thought it would be fun to get a heater that I could sit under the table I work at. This way I could turn it on and keep my feet warm and it would not be around them. Gutzy Gear Revew

Today I would like to talk to you about a new product I found for Charlie and it is called Gutzy and it was so neat with the boxes arrived as he did not have a clue what was inside. So we opened it and we found all the items we needed to host a party with his friends.

He and his friend Allegra where having so much fun looking through the boxes and seeing all the different ones. I could not get either of them out of the boxes.

I was hopping Charlie would have been able to attend school but that is not to be. But it is OK as he has them on his back pack and he has been having so much fun sharing them with his friends.

For those of you who do not know I live in Fort Worth, Texas and it can get over 100 in the summer and my son wants to live outside in it. So since most of them time is at the pool I always try and take a bottle of water with us. But sometimes we run out when we are there and have to go into the office to fill the water bottle up and the water does not taste to good. So I was grateful that I was able to try the bottle as I knew it would save me some time as it holds more water that most of the bottles we have.

For those of you who do not know I live in Texas and Charlie and I spend at least 5 hours a day outside. A lot of those days are over 100 and so we have to take plenty of water with us. So when I was given the chance to try the Big Berkey Water Filters I knew it would make a nice bottle to fill with water to take to the pool for Charlie. 

So I waited for it to arrive as I did not want him and David fussing over who was going to get it. So once it arrived and we got ready to go to the pool I walked into the kitchen and I filled it up. I came and sat it down by my towel and Charlie saw it first and asked, whose it was. 
I let him know I was reviewing it but he could test it out. 

He did and since then it is the only bottle he wants to use. The nice thing is even David likes it and has asked for one for work. Review~Fun Bites Makes Cute Little Sandwiches

Charlie is so picky when it comes time to eat. He will not eat hardly any meat. No bread and forget fruit. So when I was given the chance to try this out I thought I would. As I could use it to make some sandwiches for him and his friends.

I was sent the purple one which does hearts. So one day when it was raining and we needed something to do I got it out. I showed him how he could make me some lunch. By the time he got dome making me a sandwich he was so excited that he actually eat it. Then asked to take it over to his Aunts as he had a play date over there.

Ever since then he will eat sandwiches and even ask for them. I have gotten him to eat ham and turkey. This is a wonderful item and I think anyone with kids should try it out. One thing I have not tried yet but I will is to use it to make shapes out of pancakes as it is one of my sons favorite food.

My First Puzzles {Review}

When I was a child I was always taught a phone is not a toy and so I have always made this a rule in my household as well. Only when my daughter was alive her and my nephew always wanted to use my phone to play games on but I would not let them.
Now that I have Charlie things have changed and my sister is always letting him play on her phone and this makes him want to play on mine as well which I am not crazy about.

So I have been watching what he does on my sisters phone and I thought, well it might be OK for him to play on mine as well. So I am glad I signed up for the "Kids Shape Puzzle" application as he is enjoying it so much and he is also learning quite about with it.

He is even picking up Hebrew as it uses this language as well. Another thing I like is that there is 16 puzzles,  so I can have him do more than one when we are waiting at places.

I can tell you it has helped this week when we have been out looking for a apartment and it has changed my mind about kids playing on phones. I think even my mom would allow him to do this on her phone. My son had even asked if his friends could do the puzzles and so since they are different ages than my son I decided to let them  try it and they loved it as well. Braxton is 2 and had no touble figuring it out and Jeremy is 6 and he even enjoyed it.

They love that it makes sounds unlike the puzzles they normally do. I am going to let my daughter know about this for my grandsons and I am going to let my sister n law know for my nephew as it makes teaching them the shapes,  numbers and abcs so much easier,

Boundless Nutrition~Gluten-Free Products {Review}

Today I would like to share with you a Review I did for Boundless Nutrition

As a mom of a little one I really try and watch the types of sweets that are brought into our home as I do not like him having a lot of sugar. Plus it can mess with his teeth. So when I saw Karma Media had this review that we could do I decided to sign up.

I must tell you I was surprised when the items arrived. The packages are attractive and they caught my eye with the colors they used. Plus I like that they cover a lot of information on them.

The first thing I noticed  was the bars. I was given the Oat Mega 3 Dark Chocolate Peanut this bar has 100% whole grains and it includes Fish Oil, which I have taken in the past as a pill and I hate it. Being in the bar I could not even taste it which was so nice. Another thing I like is that it has Green Tea in it and right on the front of the package it tells us how much.  Plus it has very little sugar.

When I tasted it I was blown away. It was so good. I thought wow even my family would enjoy this, So I asked my husband to look over the package and try it and he is wanting me to get some for him so he can take them to lunch. My son also tried it and has asked for more. Which does not always happen.

Then we tried the Chi Mocha and even though I am not much on these flavors they where good. You see when I hear of these flavors I think of Coffee but it did not taste like that. I must tell you we all loved it as well. I am so glad they did as this is so much healthier than a lot of things we eat.

Then we also tried the  Blueberry Pomegranate and Blueberries are one of Charlies favorite things so I am glad it is so healthy as I can replace his usual Breakfast Bar with this. Plus I can also get my father in law some as he is a Diabetic
but loves Blueberries.

The next items I was able to try was there cookies they make. Which I was excited about as Charlie and I can live on cookies. So I looked over the packages and I saw they are also made with Green Tea, and they are High in Protein.

We tried the Chocolate Chip first and I really liked it. It was not dry and it also was not bland. There was plenty of chips and even Charlie asked if we could get some more of them.

The next cookie I tried was the White Chocolate Macadamia and these are one of my favorites and I loved it The flavor
was so good. It also was not dry and it had a wonderful flavor. I did not want to share it but I did and they also
liked it a lot.

The third cookie I tried was the Peanut butter and it is was one of my favorites and the only kind of cookie I would
eat when I was Pregnant with my daughter and so I was excited to try it and I must tell you I Loved it. It is wonderful.
If you have not tried it Please do. But you must hide it as your kids will want it. Charlie and David both asked for more
of it.

So I would like to share some facts with you these cookies are made in Austin, Texas. They have no Soy, Wheat and they are Gluten free which means almost anyone can eat them. Low in Sodium which is a wonderful thing. Plus there is no eggs and it is Hormone Free Milk Protein. They really go out of there way to make sure these items are as healthy as possible.

Review Spaces Faces

Even though Charlie's is only 4 and 1/2 I try to play games with him that will teach him. This is why I am so excited to be able to work with Educational Insights as I am allowed to test toys that will help him learn. As a mom who works from home I do not have Charlie in school right now and so there is days we do not do anything but play outside. This is good but it is not helping him learn things he should know. So over the weekend I rebuilt our schedule and I included school time into it. So when I did I went and pulled out this game and read through it. It did not have the age a child should be to play it but it said for 2 to 4 players so I decided to try it.

I must tell you we had a lot of fun with it. Since this is based on matching I knew it would be a great game to play as we have been playing concentration a lot with him. So I set it up and when he saw the aliens and the spaceship and said "Oh WOW" I knew it would be a hit. So we begin to play and it took me a little while to get him into the hang of it but once I did he Loved it and is taking it on his first sleepover this weekend.
