Toe Juice www.toejuice.com

History of Toe Juice®

In 1970, Royce Garner, a high school science teacher in Boise, Idaho, produced his first batch of Toe Juice®. His endeavor began when his infant son had flaking, dry, cracked feet. The many lotions and creams were ineffective and messy. So Royce did some research, went to his lab, and came out with a revolutionary new product. Not only did it fix and prevent further complications with his son's feet, but over the years many friends, family, and acquaintances have benefited from the strength of Royce's Toe Juice®. Those who benefited from the fast drying liquid, often encouraged Royce to take it public.

Ingredients- DermaVine®

DermaVine® is a blend of plant-based extracts that enhance the skin’s natural repairing ability. It contains willow bark, lemon peel, and Cinnamonum extracts.
Toe Juice/Hog Wash Combo PackHog Wash hand sanitizer - 8 fl. oz. BottleToe Juice - 4.6 fl. oz.

Today I thought I would share with you a new product I found called:

 Toe Juice http://www.ToeJuice.com

Toe Juice was created by a Chemistry Teacher which tells me it would be a all natural product. Since these are the types of items  I like to use with Charlie I can tell you I am going to be purchasing a lot of them. The ones I really would like to try is the Hand Sanitizer. I was sent the
Head To Toe Skin Refreshment as this one is good for dry Cracked Skin and so I knew I would have to try this out on my feet. You see I am always going Barefoot and so my feet are horrible and when I want to wear sandals I am too embarrassed to. Since I have started to use the Toe Juice they are not so bad So if you or someone you know has this problem Please ask them to visit the site at http://www.ToeJuice.com and they will be able to try one for free as they have a special right now.

MikaRose Review and Giveaway

Today I would like to share with you a dress I reviewed for MikaRose. I picked out several that I liked and they chose one to send to me out of the ones I chose. I was amazed with the one they sent as it was just perfect. I chose one that my business partner Debbie could wear as she is the one who dresses up. When I opened it all I could do was stand and stare at it as it reminded me so much of my daughter from the style of the dress to the color of it. I just knew Debbie would Love it as well.

Once she came and I showed it to her she said what I said Suzzane would have Loved it. I had her try it on and it fit her to a Tee. She is short but even the length was perfect. She has lost so much weight that I had to guess at the size and I picked out the perfect size even. I was not sure she would like the cowl collar the dress comes with but she did and stated she would like more dresses made like this. I even asked her if she like the Black Band around it and she said yes as it makes it dressy for Church but still suitable for work.

She even said she would wear if out on a date and to a party if she had one to attend. With her moving to Oklahoma this made a nice going away present for her. Once she got up there and showed it to my parents they both liked it and had her show them the site so they can shop on it at Christmas. So for us MikaRose was a hit and someone we will shop with again.

Colors, Shapes, & Counting DVD

Roundman, Trollie Triangle, and Rockford RectangleDance With the Animals

These are 3 of Charlies Favorite characters from any TV show he is allowed to watch. As I am someone who does not like her son to watch TV. Only sometimes I have to let him as I am busy and it is easier to find a show for him to sit down and watch. I am so glad I found these DVDs from Rock n Learn as Charlie was not able to attend school and I had no ideal how I was going to teach him or even where to start. The CD I was sent was Colors Shapes and Numbers from Rock n Learn and it has helped so much. As Charlie loves music and with this using music he will pay more attention to it than he does to me. I can tell you I am going to put together a wish list of ones I think we need and I am going to send it out in his Christmas Wish List as it would take up less room than toys and he does not need any more toys. With this once it gets to cold to go outside we would still have things to do as we can get the DVD out and sing and dance. It is nice with Charlies friends come over and they even ask to watch it. I have had several of the parents her ask for the website. Another reason Charlie likes it so much is the case is attractive and he likes the red blue and green shapes. More than that though is he likes that they have musical instruments as he gets out his Guitar and acts the songs out with them. We have even put on some shoes for our family with the DVD's. Once Charlie is tired of them I know a little girl who will be getting it and I think she is going to love it as much as Charlie will. If you have not heard of Rock n Learn take the time to check them out at http://www.rocknlearn.com/html/colors_shapes_counting.htm as you will find many other DVDs that the children if your house will enjoy. Charlie and I have been looking and I think the next one we will get is Writing Strategies DVD Cover

On the site it is broke down by ages which makes it nice as you can go to the age you need and see all the DVDs they have for that age. They even have some videos that offer tests like this one
Human Body DVD Cover These are the Bookmarkers they offer I think I will get them for Charlies stocking this year.

The History Of Movie Reviews

The History Of Movie Reviews

Variety has been in continuous publication since December 16, 1905. Starting out in New York City as a weekly covering the doings in vaudeville. Looking back, it seems quaint and inevitable, that the trade moved west, to Hollywood in 1933, and launched Daily Variety.
Next year, celebrating its eightieth anniversary beneath the palms, after decades of dominance and faded glory, the venerable trade will face a drastic rebranding as it strives to succeed in the transformed wilderness beyond its fallen pay wall.

In many ways, the history of Variety is the history of movie reviews, as it was the easily accessible, public face of the movie industry (perhaps what iTunes or Comcast Xfinity may be for the next century).

And the history of movie reviews cannot exist independently of the history of films.

But the real history of movie reviews, is really the history of it greatest critics, journalists who were passionate about films and shared that love with the rest of us. People like Pauline Kael, Gene Siskel, Roger Ebert, John Simon and Gene Shalit. This year has been particularly hard on the legends comprising the true history of movie reviews.

This past August, Judith Christ passed away at the age of 90.
(download her obit on Comcast Xfinity)

In 1963, she was the first woman named film critic of a major American newspaper, The Herald Tribune, which no longer exists. For the next twenty years, she was influential, widely read and pulled no punches. To the Hollywood studios whose product she took down like a cold-eyed ninja, she was the critic Hollywood most loathed.

A badge of honor she wore proudly.

She even savaged a queen, Elizabeth Taylor playing
Cleopatra in the underperforming epic that almost took down 20th Century-Fox.  Now she’s no longer with us to savage Lindsey Lohan playing Elizabeth Taylor in Cleopatra.

But that’s low hanging fruit.

And she didn’t hate the movies back, she loved movies and championed great filmmakers, like Spielberg and Kubrick, back when even they needed a hand.
Quoted in Eve’s Magazine, she related that “The greatest day of my life I cut school and went to see ‘Gone With the Wind’ at the Capitol for 25 cents, then across the street to the Rialto to see ‘The Grapes of Wrath’ and down to 42nd Street for ‘Grand Illusion’ on Broadway.”

And she still had 75 cents left over for pie.

We lost another legend, Andrew Sarris, who died this past June. Sarris is perhaps best known for championing the Auteur Theory of filmmaking, meaning that the talent, brilliance and stylistic power of a great director is key ingredient to great films. Which may be true, if the director is a decent writer with a knack for dialogue and story.

Right now, James Cameron (“Avatar”) and Christopher Nolan (“The Dark Knight Rises”) may be the premier examples of this theory, with apologies to Joss Whedon, who is considered a geek auteur, particularly after “Avengers”.

Most people seem to like those films. But don’t worry if superheroes aren’t your favorite. Wait a few minutes and things may change. Or not. James Bond is about to turn fifty and “Skyfall” is already the best-reviewed James Bond film ever— and it won’t be released till November 9.

Well, now that we know that nothing lasts forever, and entertainment is a constantly shifting kaleidoscope, whether we get our shows on Comcast Xfintiy or another provider, with the landscape of film and film criticism constantly in flux, will movie reviews matter in the future?

No idea.

PAK You will find this in Mommies Point of Views Gift Guide

Have you heard of P A K ? If not then please check it out as it would make a wonderful addition to give as Christmas Gifts I will have them in my Christmas Gift Guide. I like that they come in black and green. I also like that the PAK comes in three sizes. Plus there is refills you can get. I think the refills would make a nice stocking stuffer. So I am planning on putting them on my wish list as I have my PAK in my purse as it helps me stay better organized and I have everything I need in one place. Please check them out at
http://thepakstore.com/
I will have one of the Original PAK's to giveaway to one lucky winner.

Inside my PAK I found items that I can use for Personal Care such as hand sanitizer and with a 4 year old I needed it. Plus it had wet wipes. This makes me think this PAK would make a nice fit in a Dipper Bag.

Then there is Nail Care and I am always breaking my nails and so this was a plus as I can never find the nail clippers when I need them.

There is items for Dental Care which I was glad to see as I am always on the run and this way I am able to make sure my breath is always fresh. As a business owner this is very important.

There is items to cover any Fashion Emergencies  I could suffer from. It also allows me to take care of any David or Charlie might face.

Then there is First Aid items inside it which all moms can need. I also like that it stopped me from having to carry a  First Aid kit.

Then there is a Pill Box.

Plus there is a extra tin I can place Pony Tail holders in.

Then it comes with a Strap I can use or if I would prefer to carry it like a clutch I can remove the strap.

Even when the bag is empty I will still be able to use it as I can buy replacement items for it or I could just fill it with things I would want to carry in it.

There is even a cute little pocket on the front of the bag.

Please check them out at: thePAKstore.com

Kimco Wine Bottle Covers

As everyone knows David Love's wine and so do most of my friends. So this year I am thinking I will be buying bottles of wine for all of my Girl Friends but I am going to get all different kinds so we can do Ladies nights once a month. This way the ones of use who stay home all day will be able to get out for a bit.

So I was thinking a Bottle of Wine and a Fancy Wine Glass in a pretty bag. Only I felt like that was not enough and son when I say the Kinco Wine Bottle covers I knew that these would make a nice addition to the Gift Bags and something they would be able to use over and over.

WINE BOTTLE COVERS - FANCIFUL HEARTS This is the one I would pick out for myself as I love and collect Hearts.  I think this one would be nice for Valentines Day or a Wedding.

Then one I was sent is one that reminds me of new Years. WINE BOTTLE COVERS - CELEBRATIONWhat do you think? I like the colors they used in it. I also think that you could give this one to a man. It would also work as a Birthday Gift. This is one of the ones I was sent to review and when I showed it to David he said he liked the material it is made of. We both liked the colors they picked out. its nice that it not only comes with a Gift Tag but also a Gift Bag so you do not have to look for something to wrap the wine in. If you have ever wrapped a bottle of wine you know how hard that can be.

The second one I was sent has Grapes all over it and it would be perfect for my friend Stevie as she collects Grapes as she lives in Grapevine. Plus Coffee and Wine is here two favorite items. So I think it would be fun to take her out to dinner and to hand her this Gift. I also know her husband Kevin would enjoy it as well.

These are even Echo Friendly and so if you are into this Please check them out.

I will be hosting a Giveaway soo. So Please stay tuned:

Glenda

What a weekend this is going to be.

I am getting ready to go and finish cleaning out my Storage Building today. You would think I would want to as it has a lot of my pictures and things in it and I can finally finish setting up my house. Only that is not the case as it is full of my daughters items. I Love to look through her things but it makes me miss her so much that I know it is going to hurt. Plus the other day when I did go and pick up one load the box full of hers and Charlie pictures came apart and a lot of the pictures she was in was messed up. It hurt to see Charlies was messed up but it was worse that it was Suzzane's as I can take pictures of Charlie but Suzzane I can not. So Please Pray for me as we go over there to clean it out As Davids family is coming to help and the items I think are important and should not be thrown away they through them away. This has caused arguments and hurt feelings in the past. On top of this I am taking Charlie with me and it is so hard to keep a little one out of the way which stinks as they get frustrated with him and yell at him which causes me to go off on them. Oh well Life goes on. Once it is done Charlie and I will be going to Mc Donald's so I just have to keep that in mind and move on.

I wish you all a wonderful day,

Glenda

Flash Giveaway Bona Hardwood Floor Mop

Today I would like to share with you a new and wonderful mop I was able to try out. It is is the Bona Hardwood Floor Mop kit. I can tell you with a 4 1/2 year old and 2 dogs that it is not always easy to keep the floors in my house clean. So this mop has helped so much. It is so easy to use. Even Charlie does not mind mopping the floor on the days we chose to mop. I have even had my neighbors over and they have checked it out and the apartment manager is going to purchase one for the staff when they clean apartments.

With this being so easy to clean I am going to purchase one for my parents for Christmas. I like that it was a kit and it had everything I needed in it including the cleaner. I like knowing when I need more cleaner that I can go to my local Kroger's which is less than a mile from my house to purchase it at. With my hands not working sometimes ringing out a regular mop is hard to do.

With this one all I have to do is squeeze a trigger and the cleaner sprays onto the floor. I really like this as it hits the spots that I really need to scrub. I also like that I do not have to mix up cleaner to use and I do not have to pour it on the floor.

Since I was sent the Bona Hardwood Floor Mop I have not had to get down on my hands and keeps at all to clean the floor. Tissue Box Sox made by Kimco Products

When I was sent my Wine Bottle Covers from Susan she also sent me these Box Sox. I was so surprised to find that she had included them that I knew I would review them as well.

I am so glad I did as I really liked them and since I have used them in my household my friends have been asking where I had gotten them from.

So know I now another gift that I can include in the Gift Bags I am putting together for the Girls I hang out with. You may ask why I would give them a Box Sox when I am giving them a bottle of wine and it is because I know they all watch sad movies and if they start to drink and watch a sad movie they will end up crying. This means they will need some Kleenix and so I can pick them up a box and cover it with the  Box Sox and they would have a gift no one had ever given them.

FAMILY SIZE KHAKIThis is the color I would get for my friend Kathy and Shannon as they like plain. Plus it would match there bathrooms. This one would go with any color they add to it.

CUBE SIZE BROCADEThis is one that I would get for my mom and my uncles as they like things that look old and it matches the carpet they have in there houses.
CUBE SIZE SANDSTONEThis one would be for my apartment managers.

CUBE SIZE CHENILLEI would pick this one out for my dad and my mother n law and father n law as well as my sister as they all like green.
CUBE SIZE BLUSHThis one I would keep for myself as it reminds me of my daughter as she Loved all things pink. So I would sit it on my desk so when ever I am sad I would have something I think she would have liked with me.

If you have not heard of Kimco Products Please take the time to check out there site as they not only have the Wine Bottle Covers and the Box Sox but Mouse Pads, and Tote Bags. Parnevu

Today I would like to share with you and the three products I received. They where sent to me from Parnevu. As I have always liked to try new and different shampoos and conditioners. So through them I was sent three of there products. I am so glad I was as I really liked them all.

The first one I tried was Parnewvu T Tree Shampoo. I liked that it helps control flaking. My hair was not greasy like it is with some of the shampoos I have used in the past. I also like that it stops itching which I can end up with in the Summer. Plus it has helped with Charlies hair flying away.
The Parnevu has a nice clean scent. I like that it contains Tea Tree Oil.

PARNEVU T-Tree Shampoo is a unique blend of botanicals designed to cleanse the hair and scalp of impurities. Its ultra-rich formula penetrates the hair to replace and lock in vital moisture lost to chemical damage and everyday styling. It leaves hair soft and manageable. PARNEVU T-Tree Leave In Conditioner
The second product I was able to try out from Parnevu and it was there Leave-In Conditioner.
I really liked this as it helps strengthen our hair. This is something that I needed as my hair is fine and it has a tendency to break off. It also falls out and this new shampoo and conditioner I have tried has helped with that. This is also made with T-Tree oil which I was so glad as I know it can help with so many issuses.

When my daughter was alive the only kind of shampoo she could use was shampoo that had
T Tree Oil in it. I wish that I had knew about this as I would have bought it for her.

The last product I was sent from Parnevu was the Salon Shampoo that was for Extra Dry Hair.
I can tell you I really enjoyed this product from Parnevu as it is for Extra Dry Hair and this is what David has. So I had him try it out and it caused helped his hair not to be so brittle. He did not mind using it as it has a scent that is not over powering and so I know that he will use it again.
