Do you know what the best kept secret is?

For me it is candles. As I have spend the last couple weeks trying to locate a candle company I can join to sell candles in my apartment complex from. Only I have given up and decided that anyone who wants candles can just go and find there own company to purchase them with as there is too many companies and scents out there for me to chose one.

But in my search I found a site and it is called Best Kept Secrets and I must tell I Love the items that they carry. Every time we go to the store I stop and look at the scales as I am wanting to lose weight and when ever I would start a diet I had no way to tell what I weighed. I finally told David just to buy me the scale for Christmas and if he did he would not have to buy me anything else and I told him a cheap one would be fine.

Well know David you have to find something else for me for Christmas as I was able to review a Eat Smart Digital Bathroom Scale. It is mine all mine. I do not have to share it.

I am so excited that I have gotten this wonderful product that know I know I can go on a diet and I will stick to it as I can weigh myself which will keep me accountable. So this is a wonderful gift to me.

So in the next week or two once things settle down I am going to find me a diet and I will be going on it and using my new Eat Smart scale and if David does not behave I am going to put him on the diet as well.

My scale even came with a tape measure which I needed as most of the time I was not able to measure myself and you should before you go on any diet and so this time I have all I need to be successful as my diet.

I will even tell on David a bit he is having fun with the scale as well and likes trying out all the different features and Charlie loves knowing it tells him how much he weighs. So not only is this a good thing for me but for our whole family as Charlie has decided we all need to exercise and walk together as we need to lose weight and so I am going to hold Charlie to this when I start my diet as I am going to have him walk with me every eve.

Even David has said he should get himself a bicycle so he and Charlie can ride together and so all I can say about the Eat Smart Scale is Thank you for bringing my family close together and helping us get healthier one step at a time.

Today I would like to share with you Fun On The farm by Fun Felt. I have gotten this to help Charlie with his schooling .

The first  kit I picked out for Charlie is Fun On The Farm and one of the reasons I picked it is I saw it had a tractor. Charlie is in love with tractors and so I knew it would be something that would hold his attention while he was learning.

Plus Fun On The Farm has so many animals in it that he Loves.  Such as the cow which is his favorite animal.

Once we got the kit and I opend it and saw  sturdy the pieces are I knew I made a good choice.

Charlie and I both love the colors of the animals and how life like the animals look.

There is so many ways Charlie can play with this set and he never gets bored which is a huge plus. He has even showed it to his friends and they have asked for a kit as well.

I can tell you that this is going to help a lot with him in his school work as we can not only discuss the animals but we can work on our colors and the things the animals say.

 Plus there is children with the kit that we can name.

I love that the Fun On The Farm kit  is going to allow Charlie to use his imagination and get him away from the television as I do not allow him to watch it very much.

Another thing Charlie Loves is music and with these we can sing songs such as
 Old Mac Donald Had A Farm as we play.

Plus I can even find books to read to him as he plays. Then he can read me stories as well.

The second kit I picked from Fun With Felt was the Learning Your ABC's as I have been trying to help him learn them and we have been struggling with them.

I think now that he has this new kit it will help him quite a bit. There is animals and I can teach him which each one starts with and he will not become bored as he love animals.

Plus on the back is a story I can read to him and he can tell me which letter I said and so it will lead to many new ways to practice his abc's.

I think it will even lead us into singing which Charlie would do all day long.

I like that they have words with the kit as it will help him learn to spell as well.

The board has both uppercase and lowercase letters and he can see how they should look. So when he goes to write them he can tell what he is doing wrong.

Most traditional store bought diaper bags are so confined because of their shapes and sizes that there is no way I could ever have gotten what we needed to Cali. I packed and brought my two custom Diaper Bags from Cotton Candy Totes, one I brought on as my carry on/personal bag.

I got what Baby Em's needed into just one bag so I used the other bag for miscellaneous toys, a few extra bottles, blankets and some of my own personal items. Each bag has 3 over-sized long, deep pockets. The shoulder straps are wide and long making carrying the bag a breeze. A cute ribbon adorns the top and ties to close the bag. I was worried that the items might fall out, but let me tell you, that ribbon held everything in place!  

The only regret I had was not taking along my Lil' Mama Purse which had been customized with one really long shoulder strap to fit across my stroller handlebars (it is normally made with two shorter straps). Why do you ask? It is real simple, the Lil' Mama Purse is wonderful for those quick short trips to the store. I can fit a few diapers, a wipes travel case, an emergency pacifier, a bottle (or two), my HUGE wallet/clutch, and even a change of clothes for Baby Em's. Did I mention that my Lil' Mama Purse is reversible? I had it made with print fabric on the inside and out for just that purpose (you can choose prints or solid fabric colors for the inside).

 The Diaper Bag on the left was my first. I had it monogrammed with my daughters name for only $12 more ($10 for the smaller bags). The Lil' Mama Purse in the middle is the one I gifted (really wanted to keep it for myself, I guess I'll have to order another one). The two bags to the right (Diaper Bag and Lil' Mama Purse) I got during one of Cotton Candy Totes awesome sales of B1G1 Free, you may have seen me advertising that special as they were running it just last week again. For the Diaper Bag I chose to have one side printed with the Castles and on the opposite side it has the "Once Upon A Time" fabric.

For the Lil Mama Purse I used those same fabrics but one on the inside and one on the outside (thus making it reversible). After our trip from the East Coast to the West Coast, a flight in between and then back I simply emptied my bags, threw them in the wash with the rest of Baby Em's stuff and out they just looking just like new (they really held up beautifully during the trip)! With Charlie not going to school I was so excited as I found these books.

I can not wait until I order them and they come in as like all Children Charlie Loves getting mail and I know he will be over the moon when he opens these and sees they are books. As one of his favorite things to do is to read and this will give us some new books to site down and read together.

I know when I found out I was Pregnant with Charlie that we could not decide on a name as I wanted a girl and I was adamant it the baby would be a girl and so I picked out the name and told David that if it was a boy he could name him as I had no clue what I wanted him to be called.

The day we had the Sonogram and found out it was a boy I was so upset as I missed Suzzane  so much I just knew I needed another girl. Only God had other plans and I had a son.

I can never Thank him enough for him as he is so much more fun that another girl would have been.

Plus I love him more than anything.

So David was in charge of naming him and since he does not like to read getting a book to pick out name was out of the question. I think if he would have known about this site that naming Charlie would have been so much easier and gone so much faster.

Although now that we have him I know he has the most perfect name ever.

But since my friend Rachael is having a baby soon I am going to share the site with her as she has no clue what to name the new baby.
