So after reading it I think that even I can put together a binder and I have heard about these binder before as a friend of mine who does coupon classes talked about getting one for herself but she has stated they are kind of expensive and so she uses a regular binder and carries things in a organizing tote from Thirty One as it holds the binder a pen and also a calculator which you need.
As for me I would never have thought to cut out the store policies but this is the second time that I head this and so now I am going to have to do this. If you do it do you do it just for grocery stores or all types of stores?
Did you know Home Depo even takes coupons? I did not until Jamie mentioned it to me one day.
