Today I would like to share how Mommies Point of View came about
One day I was sitting in front of the computer and I decided I needed to start a blog to showcase
the businesses I was in. Well not knowing much about blogs I contacted Karren Haller who is
with Oh My Heartsie, as she designs blogs and I let her know I needed one. So we sat down
and started to go through names as I wanted it to be something moms could relate to but
would show my son as well.
So when I heard Mommies Point of View I knew this was it. The only thing I did not think about was how long the name was and that it would not fit on a business card. So if I where to redo it I would make it shorter and I think I would include my family in it. I just have not figured out how to do this. Plus if I did I am afraid I would lose the followers I have as I would have to change it on facebook and I am not sure if I could do that.
On Twitter though I am Moms Reviews and I think I like it so much better as it is shorter and easier to remember and so I may check into changing the name and if it can be done this time I will buy the domain as I have not done that plus I may move to wordpress which also scares me as I would lose some of my stats.
So my question to you today is how did your blog get its name?
Did you ever change its name?
Or have you moved from blogger to wordpress and if so how hard was it?
How long did it take you to rebuild your stats?
How did it affect you with the companies
you wanted to work with?
