Natures Dynamics

Today I would like to share with you some of the concerns I have when it comes to my son Charlie. If you have ever seen him you would think he is super skinny which he is. You would also say wow look how dark he is. Plus take a look at his muscles. As is is only 4 1/2 but we live outside and we swim everyday and he rides his bike and scooter and so he has a lot of muscles.

On top of that we will be playing Soccer and also Karate when school begins. As I am a mom who likes to let him try new and different things. So since he Loves sports so much we play them quite a bit.

The only problem I have with Charlie is that he is the pickiest eater around. He will not eat meat hardly at all. Plus trying to get him to eat Fruit is also impossible. He does like a lot of vegetables though which is a plus.

But you see I also do not eat Fruit. His dad will a little and hardly no veggies. So I can not say much about the items he chooses tho eat. But what I can do is to find vitamins and foods he will eat that is healthy.

So I found a site called Nature Dynamics and I like that there Berry Garden Kids Multi Gummy Vitamin is made by a dad. I thought this would make Charlie more apt to try it and I was right. I like that it is Organic and that it taste good. Plus being a Gummy Vitamin made Charlie more apt to try it. I like the fact that it has Flax Seed in it and that it helps them with brain development. If you have not heard of Natures Dynamics Please check thePRODUCT DESCRIPTIONBGG_cherry_btl

I was also allow to try out the Body Boost Women's Organic Multivitamin Gummy for myself and I am so glad I did. I like that it is a Gummy and not hard like a lot of vitamins are. Plus I like that it is a Organic Blend as well. It helps with both Stress and Energy support which with a 4 1/2 year old I need very badly. I also like that it helps with Breast Health.
