Our son chose to go to this rehab facility when he had a drug problem. We cannot thank the facility enough for all the help they gave him. It was like a home away from home where he could talk to counselors, get the treatment he needed, and become the person we missed. One of the things that our son liked about the center was that it was not a hospital. It didn’t look like a hospital or have the feel of one. The beds were comfortable, and there was a common room with a television. We were able to visit him during his time at the center to see the progress he was making. Getting into the facility was very easy.
They accepted various forms of insurance, and all we had to do was call to make an appointment with an intake representative. After we completed the paperwork, he was accepted to the facility. The residents of the facility do not have to wear gowns or special clothing. Our son could wear anything he wanted as long as he did not have a pocket knife or cell phone. The men and women were kept separate, and most of the facility is divided into small houses. The facility is located near a marina, and there are many activities for the residents to do.As a Mom
