Sylvia Dykes has been a consultant with Thirty-One since July 2011. She loves the products and relationships that she has built through Thirty-One, but most of all believes that all women should be empowered through owning their own business. Sylvia's journey to Thirty-One began when she was laid off from her corporate job. She decided to take a break and finish her MBA. After obtaining her MBA, she became a mom and decided to purse a work from home position. She selected Thirty-One because of company's mission to Celebrate, Encourage and Reward women.
