I will be starting the challenge and I asked for help with which product I should chose as I would like to lose at least 50 pounds. I would like for David to as well. I would like to share with you a couple reasons why I chose it.
One is I do not have to change the foods I eat.
I also do not have to exercise though I am going to at least try and walk on the days my knee is not bothering me.
