I will be starting the products tomorrow as I want to weigh before I use them. Plus with David being off today he had to run over to his dads to helphim change the oil in his 18 Wheeler. This threw my whole day off as I ended up taking Charlie to McDonalds where he could play while I work. So on Monday morning I will begin my African Mango Diet. I know with it I am going to need to drink plenty of water so when I return home this afternoon I will be putting a lot of water in the icebox. I am planning on not only using the products but to walk twice a day for 30 minutes at a time so I can make sure the products work well on me. With the coupon below once David starts his new job I am going to order a bottle for him to try as well as he needs to lose as much weight as I do it not more.
For me I know I weigh at least 200 pounds if not more. My goal is to lose at least 50 pouns this will still put me heave than I was in high school and also heavier than when I had Suzzane but I know I would feel and look better if I tried to lose at least that much. If I could I would try and lose down to 130 as this is what I weighed in high school and I know I felt better when I weighed this much. Plus I looked better and I did not mind wearing jeans and boots. Which is what David prefers me in. All I have wore for the past 10 years though is black streatch pants it is time to get rid of them and to start to live again.
I think with the products I have from Creative Bioscience I will be able to do just that.
