This is a review I am conducting from Omega 3 Fish Oil Pills. As I applied to Giveaway Services for them to send me the pills. In exchange for a review of my thoughts.
There was several reasons as to why I wanted to try out these Omega 3 Fish Oil Pills. From High Blood pressure that I seem to have. But I haven't been to the doctor as we do not have insurance. So I check my blood pressure on the machines in the stores we shop. And it is always high. Plus I have been having a lot of head aches and I know High Blood pressure can cause this.
Plus my knee has been hurting a lot and it is swelling more and more. So I knew people in the past that had used Fish Oil for these problems and they worked. So I decided to try it out as well. I must tell you in just a couple days my Blood Pressure has came down.
Plus I seem to sleep better at night as my knee does not hurt. Plus it has not been swelling. I have been able to walk more. Which will help me with the weight loss I am working on. Plus I have heard it can help with that. Which I hope is true.
The only thing I was afraid of with the Fish Oil was having a Fish taste in my mouth and burping the taste of Fish up. As I had used Fish Oil in the past and that happened a lot. This does not happen with this brand. So I will be using it for a long time.
I also like knowing I can purchase it on Amazon and not have to leave home. There is a nice amount in the container so it will last a while. Plus it was cheaper than the Fish Oil I have purchased in our local store.
I asked David if he would try it out and he says after I use it a while he will. As he wants to research and see what all Fish Oil is good for. So this will give us something to do as a family. Which I like as it means Charlie and David will be able to practice there reading.
If you have not tried this Fish Oil I hope you take the time to check it out as it will work. It is better than the brands you purchase in your local stores.
