This is a review I am able to conduct on FITness FUNdamentals Simplified:Take the Work Out of Workout (Danford's Fundamentals) (Volume 1) Paperback – February 1, 2015 through a code I was sent from AMZ Reviewers. But the thought in the review is all mine and my families.

I am so frustrated because the past couple months I have been working hard to walk for 10,000 steps a day if not more. As well as swim a mile in the pool when I can get to the gym. Plus there is days when Charlie and I will work out on the machines. But when I step on the scale it shows I have not lost any weight.
Now this is even after I do not eat or take my Slim fast shakes. So it makes me want to quit. As I feel like I am just wasting my time. But I do not I keep going. No matter how late at night it takes me I work hard to get the steps I know I need.
So when I was on AMZ Reviewer and found FITness FUNdamentals I knew it might help me with the problems I have been struggling with. Which I am glad I asked for it as it has helped. It has shown me I can have the foods I like and exercise can be fun.
I do not have to push myself and kill myself to have the body I want. Nor do I have to give up the foods I like and not go out with my friends and family. Which is awesome as I was starting to hate eating and hating my home as I was afraid to go out as I would cheat.
With this book I can even get David and Charlie off the couch as what is suggested in it is not hard to do. It teaches us to get motivated and I know that was one of my biggest problems. But not anymore.
Dinner does not scare me anymore either as it offers items we can eat and should eat. That are both good for us and taste good. Items I did not even know David or Charlie would eat until we started reading this book.
So no matter what age you may be this book can help you out. It will help you move more. Eat healthier and become less grouchy. The weight may not roll right off but it will come off safely and healthy.
