When I first got started I heard this question about "Media Kits" and I must tell you I was so lost. I had no clue what they where or even how to make one. I did not even know if I needed one. So I decide to go out on a limb and talk to my husband and ask him if I can have one made. He was like OK if you think you need one. So then I had to figure out who to ask to make me one and what I should pay for it. I finally found someone and I Loved what she did with it. But it seemed in 6 months I needed a new and updated one. So this was more money I had to spend and I also had to research and find someone to make it. This time I use Makobi Scribe once again it was a wonderful media kit and it fit me to a tee. Now a little over a year later I need a new one as I just redid my blog and my stats have grown a lot. So I knew I would have to ask my husband a third time to have it done until I came across this post on Musings From A Stay At Home Mom Bloggers: What’s a Media Kit? and after reading through this and the tutorial I think I can make my own this time and I would like to ask you if you have ever made one and if so do you have any secrets you can share with me? Or do you have any thing else I should add to the media kit? Once I get it down who should I ask to check it out?
