Crystal Light Grape Yummy to the Tummy!!

I have always loved Grape Soda and Grape Kool Aid but neither of these are healthy for me. As both are full of Sugar and with me trying to lose weight I have stopped drinking them. Even though Grape Soda reminds me of my grandfather as this was his favorite drink of all time. So on the days I miss him I would grab a cold glass of Grape Soda.

So as I was looking around Walmart I went down the aisle with Crystal Light and I could not help picking up this container as I knew it would be healthy for me and something different to drink. Plus it would be better for both Charlie and David as it has no Sugar inside it.

So the Grape Flavor is not overpowering. Nor is it bitter like some grape drinks I have had in the past. I like knowing it is fat free and has no carbohydrates as I can drink it as I work toward losing the weight I want to lose.

On the hot and humid days in Texas when Charlie is playing outside I can fix him a bottle and not worry about him getting to much Sugar. Or him wasting it as he does not like the taste of the Soda I purchased.

So all in all Crystal Light Grape is a huge hit in our home and something that we will be purchasing again and again.

Crystal Light Sweet Tea Nice and Refreashing

I am a avid tea drinker but the problem is it has to be "SWEET TEA" which is not good for someone looking to lose weight. Now I can drink unsweetened tea and I have but I just do not like the taste of it that much. Or I can add Sweet n Low which I do not mind. Or some other Sweetener but it is not something we usually keep in our home.

So when I was inside Walmart and looking for something to drink and I found this new Tea made from Crystal Light and that it was made from real Tea and it does not have sugar in it I went and purchased it.

I was afraid I would not like it but I did. I would purchase it again as it is so easy to make. The only thing I did not like was that there is a Lemon Flavor to it and I am not crazy about Lemons. But once I had David try it out he liked it a lot and asked me to purchase it again as he can take it to work with him.

Charlie also said it was "OK" and that he would not mind having it again. But there is other flavors he would rather have as he does not drink a lot of tea. His friend AJ was over and he tried it out and he loved it.

The last person that tried it was my sister and she says it tasted good and would drink it again. But like me she did not like the Lemon taste but could overlook it as it was not overpowering as in other Teas we have tried in the past.

Crystal Light, Fruit Punch

With my working hard to lose weight I have been looking for new items to drink. So as a Kool Aid lover knowing how much sugar it takes to make a picture I have been trying to stay away from it. Although they do have a Sugar Free variety and it is is good. I ended up tired of it. 

So when I was in Walmart the other day I started to look around for something new to drink and I thought of Crystal Light. So as I looked at all the different flavors I found the Fruit Punch. Knowing how much Charlie and I love Fruit Punch I decided to purchase it. Boy am I ever glad I did as it taste so good. The flavor is crisp and there is just the right amount of fruit taste. I like knowing there is no sugar inside it. It makes the perfect drink for a hot Texas Summer day. 

David and Charlie liked it as much as I did. They both said they like the Fruit taste of the Fruit Punch. Plus they love knowing it has no Sugar inside it. Knowing there is no fat is awesome as well. Plus even Charlie can make this without making a mess which is terrific as I can work and always know we will have something to drink.
