Emergen-ZZZ Help us fall asleep faster!!

I am someone that some night sleep will not come to me. Or when it does I wake up and then can not go back to sleep for what ever reason. Which ends up making me tired around 3 or 4 O' clock and wanting to take a nap. Which most days I can not do as I have Charlie and even though he is 7 he still needs someone to watch him.

Now I have tried to get him to take a nap with me but that never works. Because even if I fall asleep he is wide awake and wants to talk to me and gets upset when I do not answer him. So I put a movie in for him to watch thinking he would go to sleep and it is me who falls asleep.

So I have been looking for something to help me sleep at night as school starts soon and I need to get Charlie on a schedule and we all need to get a good nights sleep. So when I was on Smiley360 and found out they had free samples I could try out I signed up for them.

I was so excited when I found out I was approved. Once my samples of Emergen-ZZZ arrived I could not wait to sit down and read over it and see how I needed to take it. So since it said to take it 30 minutes before bedtime I went ahead and took it a hour ahead of time so once we laid down I knew I should fall right asleep. Which I did but the problem was it left Charlie up be himself.

So the next time I take Emergen-ZZZ I will do it once Charlie falls asleep because I enjoy reading and if I take it 30 minutes before I am ready to fall asleep it will give me enough time to enjoy the book I am reading. Plus it will allow me to have some me time for me which I do not get much of.

I shared the sample packs of Emergen-ZZZ with my sister as she also has trouble sleeping at night and she says it helped her a lot. She liked both flavors which was Peach and Berry. I asked if she would purchase some for her home and she said yes, the Peach flavor.

As for me I would buy the Berry flavor as it is the one I liked the best. As I am not much for Peach but knowing David likes Peach and has trouble falling asleep as well I will pick up the peach ones for him. This way he will get a good nights sleep which he needs as he never sleeps.

This is wonderful to use when I get out of the shower or when I return from the pool. It makes my skin feel so soft and smooth. I even use it after I shave. I will be purchasing this item from Belli for stocking stuffers for both my mom and my mother n law as I know they both would enjoy some new lotion as they both have dry skin and this will help them with that. I like that it contains Lemon Oil as everyone knows it is good for us. Plus that it has Chamomile in it as it can calm you down.
