Easter and Charlie's Bunny Butt Cake Recipe from Betty Crocker

This is the first Easter that Charlie is old enough to really know and understand what we are doing and so I plan on going all out for it. I wanted to even make him a bunny cake as I  never got to do this for Suzzane. So off on a hunt I went for the perfect cake. Low and behold I found  this cake Bunny Butt Cake Recipe from Betty Crocker and I think it is so cute. I think I am going to see if I can actually make it only I will do it blue as it is his favorite color. Now mind you I am no baker and I am no artist so if this cakes looks anything like a Rabbit then the world will most likely be coming to a end. So have you ever made anything like this? Is it hard to do? Should I stick with cupcakes or should I just buy a cake? Will he even appreciate?

Today I thought I would share this post on how to Easter Eggs Made Easy - Formula Mom: Houston Mom Blog

Charlie is still a little young to understand what Easter is all about but I do know I want to color eggs with him. I hate the ideal of using the Paas kit I always used as a child as it is messy and the vinegar smells. So when I saw these ideals I decided to share them with my sister who is spending Easter with us and will help us color the Easter Eggs and we have decided to use the Kool Aid to color them with. Have you ever did this? If so how did it work out? I have tried colors before but it never seems to work for me. Does it work for you? Easter Eggs Made Easy - Formula Mom: Houston Mom Blog

Making Easter Special~ Tie Dye Eggs

As a mom of a Toddler I want to make sure Christmas is memorable for my son and so I have been struggling on what to do for him. I think I have decided to make his Easter Basket and since he Loves Flowers and to Garden I am going to get him things to plant. Along with a Sand Box if my apartment manager says it is OK.

Then since there is several older people who Love her I think I am going to do a Easter Brunch for everyone and so I have been looking for things to prepare and today in my inbox I got this email with all these wonderful ideals on it and so I thought I would ask all of you which ones you think I should make and why. Plus if you have Easter Eggs to color there is several different ideals on things you can do at the end of the email. I think Charlie and I may Tie Dye some eggs for the adults in our complex.

This way hopefully some of them will hide them for Charlie so he can find them As it stinks that there is not many children here in the complex and the ones who do live her will not be here to hunt eggs with.
