I tell you in my house this just does not mix. Whenever we decide to go out to eat it is a battle. You see hubby never wants to say where he wishes to eat until I pick then he decides on 6 other places so by then I am totally frustrated. Then you ask Charlie is this place ok and his answer is no. So we have to start over. As all he wants to eat is Mac and Cheese and Chicken Nuggets. As a grown up I have had enough of this to last me a lifetime and beyond. So finally he is starting to try some new foods as Pop Corn Shrimp and I was able to get him to go to a Long John Silvers but I really want him to eat a whole lot heather.
Which should be easier now that David works nights as he does not eat vegetables but Charlie and I do. So today I decided I need to find some cool new foods for us to try and I would like to share a couple websites I found.
They are http://www.MrFood.com and I like that they have a cookbook I can download for Free that is called ABC Back To School. If you have not checked out this site please do.
Then the second site I like is called All Recipes
http://www.AllReciepes.com if you have not checked them out please do.
Then come back and share with me your favorite kid friendly foods and websites and blogs if you have one. I will be talking about the ways I am able to get us to start eating healthier every Monday and so if you would like to come and guest post and share your thoughts please contact me as I am so new at this that I am going to need all the help I can get.
I can tell you that through Charlie taking cooking at school this will also help as I will be able to share the items that he cooks here, plus share how it works out for us when we cook them at home. I will be needing some kid friendly items for him to use in the kitchen and if you know of a site that sells this type of items please let me know.
If you are a owner of a company with these types of items please contact me so I can find out why I should purchase these items from you. I am also thinking of starting a linky where we can all add our favorite ideas, so please let me know if this is something you would like to see.
Also how would you like a invite geared towards kids and cooking and cleaning?
