What Can A Small Business Do to Stand Out in A Crowd?

As a business owner in Direct Sales with two different companies that are well known it is hard to set yourself apart so people will shop with you and not the competitor.

I am always looking for new and unique ways to be seen.

 I was excited when I found this site that writes jingles as I am thinking of checking with them to do one for me to help me stand out from others.

The reason I would do this is most people will remember a jingle and do business with that company, so as a Usbornne Books Rep and a Arbonne Rep I may have to do this.

 If you are in direct sales would you ever think of doing something like this for your business?

Then when I was on the site I also see they do video production  and music production and I was wondering if they could do a commercial about my blog and incorporate my businesses as well and I would be able to forward it to clients I am trying to build a relationship with.

Do you think this is a good ideal or a bad idea?

 I know lots of people use You Tube now so would it be better just to use it?

 I would appreciate anyone's thoughts and suggestions as I really do need to build my business and I need it to stand out.

Another idea I thought of is checking into the commercial aspect that they do and see if they might have suggestions for me.

You see I am in Texas and both businesses are well known here and so it is hard to get into shows as they usually have a rep, but with a commercial I would be hitting a new audience.

How would I do that though with my blog?

 Since I do reviews and giveaways and also business interviews and I am wanting to do a
Christmas Guide how would I advertise all of this on a tv commercial production?
