Today I would like to talk to you about a company I found called Sugar and Spice Decor. I found this company as I was looking for items to dress up Charlies walls without having to use wallpaper or paint them. So I did a search online and I found this company called Sugar and Spice.
I knew that Charlie would like the pictures as there where a lot of his favorite items on the site. Such as Dump Trucks and Fire Trucks and also Dinosaurs.
I asked David to help me chose which ones we should pick because I knew if I let Charlie on the site it would take us forever to come to a agreement.
So since Charlie collect Firetrucks and Dump Trucks David suggested those.
If it had been me I would have chosen something from the License Plate set. That is because I am in Love with Volkswagon Buses and so Charlie and I have been collecting them.
But when Charlie was little his dad used to work on Bull Dozers and Cranes and Charlie loved to go to work with his dad so I knew David picked out the right one. it also was Charlies favorite color as it was blue.
I wish you could have seen his expression when they arrived and I said he could hang them in his room. He was so excited.
He had to show them to everyone.
I even had to write the name of the website Sugar and Spice down for his friends mom as she wants to look for her boys rooms.
I thought that Charlie would like the Firetruck the best but I was wrong he likes the Dump Truck the best he says as it reminds him of his dad.
With these two pieces of art it has gotten David back into drawing which is nice as know Charlie has not only two pieces of art from Sugar and Spice but some pieces his dad has drawn for him.
When my mother n law was out the other day I showed them to her and she asked if there where others Charlie would like as they would make nice Christmas Gifts and I told her there was so I know we will be getting more soon which I am excited about. I can not wait to see what she picks out.
As the colors they use in the pictures really stand out and they do dress up our walls. Plus they cause Charlie to use his imagination which is a great thing.
I even found items on Sugar and Spice that I would like to buy for other rooms in my house.
One of the items I would like to see if my mother and father would buy Charlie for his Birthday is either the Toy Chest or the Art Easel as both matches the items he has in his room and they are things he needs.
The Art easel would make school so much easier.
