Today we are supposed to give someone our best tip on something we know a lot about and instead of me giving you a tip I would like to ask you all to post the best tip you ever got about blogging and where it came from. Then share the site or blog with us so we can go and check it out as well Please as I always like to learn new things.

Today I have a announcement I would like to make as it says to describe our blog in a year, or 5 years or 10 years and I would like to  let you in on a few things.

Mommies Point of View is turning into Team Mommies.

Ultimate Blog Challenge Day

Today I thought I would share with you some things Charlie has done in the past week that leaves me shaking my head and saying "Oh WOW" the firs thing is I was watching tv with him the other day and the his puppy is sitting next to him. I look over and he has his scissors and says I am going to give Lucy a haircut. 

Thank God I was sitting down as I was like no you are not and he says she needs bangs. So he gets up and hands me the scissors and goes off to play. But before he does he turns around and says can you take us to the body shop to get our hair cut. I am no it is the barber shop and they will not cut a dogs hair and hers does not need cut. So he proceeds to think about this for a while and says OK.

Then a little later I call for my puppy Sandi who is black and white. Only now she is pink as Charlie was in his room playing and he decided to paint which was OK as there is nothing he could mess up but he decided to pain Sandi as he said he did not have any paper and his legs hurt and he could not walk to get any.

So what funny things have your children done to your pets and how did you handle it?

Ultimate Blog Challenge Day

Today's post talks about taking a break if we are stressed with the challenge and posting everyday and I must say I am not facing this. I thought I might when I had signed up but it has been easy.

My biggest problem is the storms we have had that has kicked my internet out for days at a time. So it seems there is days that go by and I am not able to post which I am sorry about but hopefully if the challenge is done again and I will sign up and see if I can actually make it through it.

So my question is how are you doing with the challenges and have you gotten burned out yet? If not what are you doing to stop this from happeneing? Are you using the posts they send and if not how are you finding thngs to blog about every single day.

Ultimate Blog Challenge Day #5

Today I thought I would share some things I hate that I find when I visit other blogs. I always try to leave a comment on the post I read but it is hard when you have CAPTCHA turned on. I am a mom of a 4 1/2 year old and it is hard to always have the time to leave a comment and when I have to enter this code 5 or 6 times it takes time away from me visiting other posts on your blog. So Please take the time and turn it off.

 

 I also hate when I enter a giveaway and you ask me to do a task and I click on the link and they do not work. How can I do what you ask if the link is broken? Please double check all the links as these counts towards entries into your giveaways.

Ultimate Blog Challenge Day #3

Day 3

Today we are supposed to share with you all our number one tip on the business we are in. For me I have chosen to give you 5 tips that I wish I had none when I started my blog and that I think may help you out if you are just starting.

1) Do not be afraid to ask questions. Look for a Blogger you trust and ask them to be your mentor.

2) Pick one item a week to work on and learn how it works. For me I wish I had started with either Twitter or Facebook.

3) If you have decided that you want to do reviews and giveaways but are afraid no business will work with you the way to get them to is to review items you have in your house and promote it everywhere and this will help with your stats.

4) Pick a name for your blog and buy the domain. I still have to do this and I will.

5) Pick a short and catchy name. Its easier to remember and I also wish I had done that. Mommies Point of View states what I do but it is to long for a business card and it may be hard for people to remember.

Ultimate Blog Challenge Day #2

This is day 2 and Please add Karma Medias links and

a list of the bloggers they have working with them

Today we are supposed to share a business resource or website we have found that has helped us. So besides this one I thought I would share a blogger network I am a part of which is called Karma Media and they have not only a website they use but also a Facebook group called Karma Media. 

You may ask why this is a site that I would like for you to check out. So one of the reasons is as bloggers who do reviews and giveaways we are always in need of company's to work with.

 This takes time as we have to contact them. Karma Media is a group that has several ladies who work on getting us clients to work with. I Love this as it saves me time. They have several blog hops a week which helps me build my stats. 

There is unlimited support. They will go out of there way to make you feel welcome. If you have not heard of Karma Media Please take a few minutes and check them out.

Ultimate Blog Challenge Day #1

Today I thought I would ask for everyone's advice on how you manage to work from home and stay on track? As a mom, wife, business owner and a blogger I can not do it. I fell like a hamster in the wheel. Do you use a schedule? If so can you share it with us? I usually try and work from 7 until noon and then I take Charlie out until my husband gets home which could be as late at 4 pm. 

Then I come in and cook and clean house. Then from 7 until 11 I am back on the computer. Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong here? It seems I never have time to just sit down and be with my son and husband. If I do I fell guilty that I am not on the computer. Does this happen to you? Do you ever fell like you just want to quit? If so what do you do to move on?
