Joa Bath and Body www.joabathandbody.com

This was our very first bar and is still our favourite. This wonderful all natural soap is made with honey to moisturize the skin. Oatmeal is added for gently exfoliation. This soap is also free of any essential oil making it ideal for sensitive skin.
Joa Wholesome Oatmeal and Honey unscented soaps is one of my new favorite soaps. I like that it is made with Oatmeal. Plus I like that it is unscented as it is something both David and Charlie do not mind using. Knowing that it is good for sensitive skin is also a plus. I even used it on my puppy Sandi and she did not end up itching once her bath was over. Her skin was soft and it shined. If you have not tried out Joa you should as it would make a nice Christmas Gift for both men and women. The bar of soap I received lasted a long time. It is something David has asked me to order again as it helps with his dry hands as he works inside and outside. So it also has stopped some of the cracking of his skin. Knowing that it also moisturizes is a plus as well. I liked knowing it was made with Honey and Oatmeal.
This lotion is an all natural moisturizer that is ideal for dry, sensitive skin. Honey is a natural humectants and oatmeal is very soothing for dry itchy skin. As will all of our lotions, it is made with skin-nourishing oils and glycerin another natural humectants. For me I do not use Lotion that much as it always leaves my hands greasy and slippery. Only Joa Wholesome Lotion did not do either of these and so I would use it a lot. Especially in the Winter as Charlie and I are always outside and our hands dry out. Lotion is something that David does use a lot of and with this one I would not mind getting it for him for work as it is made with items that I know would keep his hands from drying out more. Plus there is no scent to it and so I know he would not feel funny using it. If you have not heard of Joa Please check them out as I will tell you you will like what you learn about them.
The next products that I personally would like to try from Joa is there Body Souffle as I love these types of products and they offer several different varieties that I would like to try out.
I think the Bath Salts would make a nice stocking stuffer. What do you think??? Retreat Gift Box $45.95 The "Retreat" box includes a bath soap, a body lotion, a package of bath salts, and an embroidered face cloth. All these are packaged in a beautiful gift box.
This is one of the sets I saw on the site and I think it would make a nice gift for David. If you have not taken the time to finish your Christmas Shopping then stop by Joa at http://www.joabathandbody.com as it will make your Christmas Shopping so much easier. Here is a link to there blog: http://www.joabathandbody.com/blogs/around-the-world-in-90-days started Joa Bath and Body out of a desire to create quality products that were good for my family to use. I suffered from sensitive skin as a child and I didn't like the soap my mother used to purchase from the store. Now I have my own family, and my children suffer from the same sensitive skin. Although the choices have gotten much better, I still felt that I could give them something more. And I did! I started out by making soap. In fact our first bar was “Wholesome”. I gave it that name because of what it was supposed to mean to my family. It was something that was wholesome and good. I eventually went from making soap for my family to extended family, then to friends and eventually to their friends. Before I knew it a company was born. When looking for a name for the company I asked my husband what I should call it and he said “just call it good”. I thought that sounded too much like a clichĂ©. My younger brother had just returned from Korea around that time and he recommended using a different language. “Call it Joa” (loosely translated is Korean for “good”). I liked it. That’s what I wanted to convey. We are a good company making good products and that’s how the name stuck. Our slogan is also our mission statement in a nutshell. “Be good to yourself! , which to us means taking care of yourself and taking some time for yourself. In doing so, you can be better equipped to do the things that are important to you. It means being good to the environment. More than just reducing our ecological footprint we need to understand that if we negatively impact our environment- the water we drink the air we breathe, we are setting ourselves up for disaster. We need these things to function. Joa believes in constantly finding ways of taking care of the environment in which we live. And it also means being good to others. This is extremely important for positive community growth. This is not just a matter of giving back to the community, but paying it forward and teaching others to do the same. Our product line has grown to include bath salts, body lotions, and body soufflĂ©s. My team and I are constantly researching more products and how we can make this company better. Not just for us, but for our customers. There are more changes just around the corner. Keep listening, the story continues. http://www.joabathandbody.com https://www.facebook.com/joabathandbody
