We went to the movies and saw Max!!

Max

On Saturday morning I woke Charlie and David up to go to Movie Tavern with me to see "Max" as I had been wanting to see it ever since it started being advertised on TV. But Movie Tavern also had a couple other movies Charlie wanted to see. So it was hard coming to a decision to see Max. Because Charlie and I also want to see Inside and Out but as Charlie was walking through the house he remembered Suzzane had a German Shepard that looked like Max. Only Max is not a German Shepard. If you want to know what he is you will need to watch the movie!!! So Charlie decided we should see it and watch "inside Out" next week. Which I was so happy to do as I really really wanted to see Max.

So we all get up and go at 9 am at Movie Tavern offers Breakfast or you can order Popcorn. So we left and drove to the Theater once there we went up and purchased the tickets. I was amazed as there was only 2 other people going inside to see Max. By the time it started there was only 7 people watching Max.

So I must say if you have not seen it you should as you will laugh and cry. As Max is the perfect movie for everyone of all ages.  Men, women and children will all fall in love with Max. I could not have picked a better movie for us all to see. I can not wait till it is out on DVD as I want to purchase it for our collection. But also as a gift for several people who I know will enjoy it.

If you would like to know more about Max you can watch a trailer of it on You Tube at: https://youtu.be/6EPPMCwD5bw

From someone that has lost someone I can tell you these dogs are very loyal because I took my German Shepard out to my daughters grave as Sam was her dog and before I could get out of the car he had found her grave and was laying on top of it. I can never tell you how proud I was to call him my dog but I was and I still am.

This movie has a beautiful song in it as well and I did not know "Blake Shelton" sang it but after I found out he did I have to purchase it. As he is my sons favorite singer and we love him on the "Voice". So not only will the movie make a nice Christmas present but the CD will as well for Charlie!! If you would like to hear Blakes song you can check it out at: https://youtu.be/mkfsaloBiro

I just wish Suzzane was here to watch Max with us as I know she would have loved it and wanted it as well. I also think Leslie would as well as she also has a German Shepard and so I am going to call her today and let her know her and Toby have to see it as soon as possible.

Tiny Love 3 babies toys

Everyone knows I have several friends that will be having babies soon and so when I was looking for items that I thought would make nice shower gifts I found this site called Tinylove and I contacted them to see if they would allow me to host a review as well as a giveaway for them. I am so glad I was able to as it seems I will be babysitting one or two of the new babies here and I will need things for them to do. So with the items I was sent I have a start. I just need to go and look for more items but now that I have taken the time to visit there website at: http://store.tinylove.com/ I will be going there to shop. Plus I will be sharing the site with the babies moms and there families. As the way I figure it is if I am going to watch the babies for them they can get some products for me to use with the babies.

The two products I was sent will last a while but with 2 babies I am going to need more than just 2 toys. So I hope they will allow me to go on the site and put together a wish list they can shop from. If not I hope Santa reads this and stops there and picks up some items for me.

Collars 2 Switch

With 2 dogs collars and leashes can become expensive. Especially if you are like me and like to change them out all the time. So I was glad when I found this new site called Collars 2 Switch and at: collars2switch.com I also love that they always offer free shipping in the US.  Knowing that they are made in the US is also a plus in my book.  Plus I also like knowing that they offer a fundraising program.  If you are in need of raising funds they Please check into there fundraising program at
http://www.collars2switch.com/fund-raising-partnership-opportunities-page-23
Another thing I like is that they offer Gift Certificates.  If you have not visited there site I hope you will and I hope you will sign up for there newsletter. Since I was not sure what size collar Lucy and Sandi would need I was able to use there sizing chart and it worked out perfectly. I can tell you that if either of the dogs could speak they would tell you to bring your dogs to the site and let them pick out there favorite collars. The ones I like are the ones I can personalize and the collars for care. I also like knowing that they carry collars for the Holidays and I am thinking for Valentines to get both Lucy and Sandi this one: http://www.collars2switch.com/winter-valentine-s-day-c-1_22/pink-valentine-p-156 as everyone who has seen my puppy Sandi knows she is a true girly girl and it has to be pink or purple for her. Lucy could care less if she even has a collar on or not.

Now, we are offering to partner with these groups for fund raising. Here is how it works: We will donate $5 to the non-profit dog/pet rescue group for every collar set that is sold to the group's supporters on our site. The non-profit group simply helps us get the word out--sends out an email, newsletter, and/or posts the information on their site, facebook, etc., whatever they deem appropriate. Minimum information should include a code (so we know who to donate to), our site address, and a request that the buyer send an email to the non-profit so that they can keep track, as well. So easy!

House Training Puppies and Adult Dogs My son would like a Baby Bull Dog for Christmas

dog training, puppy training, crate training, housebreak dog, housebreak puppy, crate train dog, house training, housebreaking, dog, puppy, crate, dog care, pet care, dog problem, dog behavior, behavior, pets, dog potty, We took Charlie to see Santa the other day and he surprised David and I as he has decided he needs a Baby Bulldog. Why he has decided this we are not sure. We are also not sure why it has to be this type of puppy. But he has told everyone he knows that this is what he would like to have for Christmas. So my cousin breeds these and the next time we go up to Oklahoma I am going to take Charlie over to his house so he can see them in person. As for him getting one the answer is no. As he has a dog named Lucy. She is a Chi Weenie and I have Sandi my Rat Terror and they are enough. If we had a yard then I migh think about it but being in a apartment he does not need one. So since he is not as good with Lucy as David and I think he should be we have told him he can not have a Bull Dog until he learns to care for her himself. So I thought I would get him some items for Lucy for Christmas so he would be able to begin to take care of her himself. One of the items I looked into is a book called House Training Puppies and Adult Dogs by Lori Verni and it can be purchased through Amazon.com and if you would like to check the book out you can at: http://www.amazon.com/Everything-About-House-Training-Puppies/dp/1411631536/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1355845882&sr=8-3&keywords=House+Training+Puppies+and+Adult+Dogs I did purchase the book as it will allow Charlie as well as David and I to work with training our dogs and we can incorporate it into Charlies home school as they have to be walked and this is exercise and exercise can be part of his PE class so not only will he learn to take care of someone else he will be learning at the same time. I did take the time to look through the book before I wrapped it as I wanted to make sure there where things inside it that Charlie and David could use and I found a section on feeding dogs and also feeding them and using a schedule with both and we do not do this but we need to start and start soon. Plus it has both apartment directions and house as well. I know that with this book Charlie can also share it with his sister Leslie as she has just gotten a new puppy and needs to work on training it and she is in a house so Charlie would be able to learn the differences so when we get a house he would know what to do. I have never used a crate with any of the dogs I have had but it tells us about crates as well and so I can not wait to read this section and see what she has to say. So as you can see House Trainging For Puppies and Adults can help us all out.
