FamilyAdventure Fest

Charlie has been begging to go Camping and before the end of the Summer I plan on taking him so I can tell you we will be shopping and purchasing a lot of items from Coleman.

So when I sat down and talked to Charlie and David about Family Adventure Fest they both was so excited to find out they might be attending Family AdventureFest by Coleman that they did not want to sleep. So I showed them some of the things they might want to try out. Which made them even more excited.

Plus knowing Coleman is the Sponsor has made them excited as they both love camping out. So they are hopping to find some new items that we do not have that they will be able to purchase to make our time outside a lot more fun.

Charlie and David both are so excited to know they might be attending Family AdventureFest by Coleman as there is so many things they want to try out. Family AdventureFest comes to Dallas/Fort Worth this summer!

Experience the ultimate in outdoor adventure when the Family AdventureFest, sponsored by Coleman Company, Inc., comes to the Irving Convention Center August 21 - 23. Adventure-themed activities, visits by celebrity guests, and more will be held both inside and outside at the convention center.

Title sponsor, The Coleman Company Inc., is featuring an outdoor experience allowing attendees access to Coleman products with demonstrations throughout the weekend. Coleman Family AdventureFest guests can try their hand at archery, building and launching rocketry, playing a fishing game, testing robotics, experiencing a virtual zip line, climbing a rock wall, learning about ATV safety and more.

Celebrity guests include former NFL pro and multi-talented athlete Herschel Walker, environmental activist and explorer Philippe Cousteau, adventurer and speaker Matt Moniz, and more.

"Coleman Family AdventureFest is an exciting way to give families an opportunity to try something they've never done before - with so many activities to learn about, the experiences are limitless," said Coleman President and CEO Robert Marcovitch. "We want to offer people a chance to fall in love with a new sport or take some time to appreciate what the great outdoors has to offer."

The event is open August 21 from 11 a.m. - 7 p.m. and August 22 and 23 from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Tickets are $12. Admission is free for ages six and under. All activities are included in the price of admission. Go to www.FamilyAdventureFest.com for information and to purchase tickets.

I would like to take a vacation!!

Before Charlie goes back to school. But it does not seem like it will happen, So as I was browsing online for something fun and unique to do with Charlie I found this and just knew he would like it a lot.

Because the year before he started school we stayed in a hotel for a week and just let him swim and play in the room and Charlie loved it. He has not stopped talking about it. Or asking when we can go back and stay in a hotel.

So with David gone mose evenings during the week this would give Charlie and I something to do together. Instead of always being stuck in the house. So now Charlie and I have to start saving our change so we can go.

Movie Tavern is now showing these films in July

Movie Tavern is one of my favorite places to watch movies. Not that I watch them like I used to. But this Summer there has been a lot of new movies coming out that either Charlie or David want to see. But even me. So today I thought I would share these that will be coming out in July.

Is there any on this list that you or someone you know would like to see? If so which Theater do you go to and why? What is it you like about it or that sets it apart from other Theaters?

On this list I would like to see Paper Towns and Charlie has asked to see Fantastic 4, Ant Man and Mission Impossible. As for me I would not mind seeing Mission Impossible as it has Tom Cruise in it I think. Let me tell you that is one "SEXY MAN"!! David has said that he would like to see all the ones Charlie picks and that it does not matter which one he sees first as long as it
is with Charlie and I. I know a "aww" moment as I have such a sweet man. And no you can not have him.
